Pasta al sugo rosso!

Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of good oil
1 can of tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
 

Steps:
Peel garlic without cutting
Put into medium pot
Add oil until bottom is almost covered
After little bubbles add can of tomato sauce from pantry immediately Lowering heat and covering pot
fill can less than half with water to rinse into pot
Add sugar and salt
Pot should stay at minimal heat and with cover on it for about an hour
