Banana Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs, beaten

2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

Banana Muffins II

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 large bananas, mashed

3/4 cup white sugar

1 egg

1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

2. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.

3. Bake in preheated oven. Bake mini muffins for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for 25 to 30 minutes. Muffins will spring back when lightly tapped.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons hot water

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.

3. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

50 grams flour

90 grams sugar

540 grams milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Medium pot

Mix sugar and eggs until creamy

Add flour and mix smooth

Measure milk in beacon, add milk slowly

Critical part is smoothly adding liquid in flour

After absorbed add rest and add vanilla

High heat beginning, once heated continue mixing at low heat

Total cook time around 5 minutes

2-3 bubbles for 1 minute then stop

Ingredients

4 eggs

3 cups of flour

Milk

Directions

-Mix eggs, flour, and milk (little at a time) with electric mixer in big bowl.

-Keep on adding milk until milky smooth consistency is obtained

-do not add too much milk, if there's not enough at the beginning then you can add some later, but you can never take any away

-use two pans for the crepes, turn on the stove halfway, and turn on the fan

-get out bowl of oil, big plate, soup scooper, and microwave cover

-first oil pan, then fill 3/4 of the soup scooper, pour on pan evenly spread batter and cook on one side then flip

Ingredients

Get out oven pan, put parchment paper

Use flour to unstick dough from machine. Put in middle of paper like a loaf

Begin pressing and flattening out

When size of about half of pan and flat, make indents with fingers, pour cooking oil and spread in. Then flip

After flipped, continue to flatten out with hands until you reached the full size of the pan

Make large indents with fingers, maybe let sit for 5-10 minutes to let dough rise. Add abundant cooking oil and spread into dough until absorbed.

Make more indents with fingers and add a little bit of extra virgin olive oil (good one) and again spread in. Oil should sit in indents

Add salt and oregano (or thyme or rosemary)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Once hot put in focaccia and set a timer for 12 minutes. After twelve minutes check to see if it needs more. Max of twelve minutes

Take out focaccia and slide with parchment paper onto counter. With pizza cutter slice into squares

French Toast

Ingredients

6 thick slices bread

2 eggs

2/3 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

Directions

1. Beat together egg, milk, salt, desired spices and vanilla.

2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Dunk each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden. Serve hot.

Ingredients

4 egg yolk

130 grams of sugar

200 grams of whipping cream

400 grams of milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

In small bowl put in egg whites one at a time to throw away in sink lifting up cap

Add egg yolks in large bowl

Add in sugar and mix smooth by hand

Add in cream and mix slowly

Once liquid, add in milk mix and then add In vanilla

Make sure there is no deposits

Pour in mixture into gelato machine leaving any deposits into the bowl

Set a timer for 40 MINUTES

Put in glass gelato container into freezer for serving

Golden, Extra Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups flour

2 1/2 tablespoons sugar

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 egg

1 1/3 cups milk

3 tablespoons oil

Directions

1. In a small bowl, whisk milk, egg, and oil together. In a larger bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Slowly add liquid mixture to dry mixture and whisk well. Spray large frying pan with cooking spray, and heat to medium heat. Wait until pan gets nice and hot. Make pancakes whatever size you wish-- allowing top to form bubbles before turning over. Cook until both sides are golden brown. These can be frozen and toasted in the toaster to be reheated. They are wonderful reheated! Serve with maple syrup, or whatever you wish to put on your pancakes!

Risotto giallo

Ingredients

2 cups of rice

4 cups of water (double the amount of rice)

1/4 diced onion

1 packet of zafferanno (bottom right in spice cabinet)

2 full teaspoons of bouillon (in fridge)

3 slices of Monterey cheese

1 cup of wine

Directions

Boil 4 cups of water in small pot (double the amount of rice you put in)

add two tablespoons of bouillon

in another pan, heat oil and add 1/4 diced onion

after onion cooks, add rice to "toast" for about 1 minute

add 1 cup of white wine

after wine is absorbed, slowly add some broth to the rice until it is almost completely covered

add broth in intervals of about 3 minutes, or until it's absorbed into the rice

mescolare in senso orario (senno' il riso si incazza)

the rice should be done in 10-15 minutes prior to adding first interval of broth

on last interval of broth, carefully add 1 packet of zafferanno

taste broth and rice, and add salt if necessary

if rice is not cooked enough, boil water in kettle, and add it to rice

add Monterey cheese, and serve with shredded parmesan

1 can of tomato sauce

Peel garlic without cutting

Put into medium pot

Add oil until bottom is almost covered

After little bubbles add can of tomato sauce from pantry immediately Lowering heat and covering pot

fill can less than half with water to rinse into pot
