Crema Pasticcera!

2 eggs
50 grams flour
90 grams sugar
540 grams milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Medium pot
Mix sugar and eggs until creamy
Add flour and mix smooth
Measure milk in beacon, add milk slowly
Critical part is smoothly adding liquid in flour
After absorbed add rest and add vanilla
High heat beginning, once heated continue mixing at low heat
Total cook time around 5 minutes
2-3 bubbles for 1 minute then stop
