MASCARPONE:
300 g mascarpone
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of sugar
(for every 100g extra mascarpone, use 1 egg and 1 tbsp sugar)
Separate egg whites into a bowl. Keep egg yolks. Mount egg whites unit firm
peaks.
Separate bowl mix sugar and egg yolks. Mount until frothy. Then add mascarpone
until frothy
Fold in egg whites
